Weird sound when coming to a stop!

I have this weird sound coming from the passenger side when Im coming to stop from like 20kph-0. You only really hear it when im braking but I dont think it has anything to do with the brakes. I also know that the front engine mount has to be changed and im kinda leaning towards that making the noise.

Here is a link to the noise you can notice it from 0:11 to 0:17

No help from me but I too an curious to find the root of the noise. seems to only happen when breaking, sounds like either from brake issue or suspension issue. Like imagine a circle with a slight kink in it and every time the kink comes to the same point in the rotation it makes that bump noise..

Oh are you also having the same issue? Yeah only when braking and coming to a full stop. I was also thinking about the suspension but I dont see what would be making that groaning noise it sounds differant from inside the car its very loud and sounds like something is gonna break down.

Take your wheel off and do a visual check the backing plate make sure it's not rubbing take a look at your brake line and abs line make sure they are not hanging loose.. I would even take the caliper off and take the pads off make sure they are ok and just inspect the rotor for scratches from a rock being stuck or something.. I really think it might be the wheel bearing are you sure you don't hear a growl when driving at 35-45 miles a hour sometimes they are louder on the freeway too

After listening to it again you can hear like a fast past rattle and it slows down as you slow down than turns into the click clack click noise

Yeah I'm installing my summer tires this weekend. I went ahead and got new front pads. The bearings and the axles were changed very recently so it shouldn't be that and I don't hear anything when driving. I could be at 100 km/h slam on the brakes it doesn't make the noise... only when coming to a stop if I roll to a stop it doesn't make the noise either.

I have the same noise. Its coming from the brake pads. I took mine apart and cleaned the back of the pads and contact surfaces on the caliper; make sure to re grease as well!

Well seems like it was the pads although they looked really good. Im not hearing the noise anymore. Also the Raybesto pads work really well! Will post up a picture of the car later when I get home with the rims on

There you go! See even if it looks good doesn't always mean it is.. Did you resurface the rotors?

Nah the rotors were changed last year there still in good condition.
Heres a picture of the car with the rims on. Somehow 2 of my Rim's center caps just dissapeared... I have no clue what happened.
