we know there's a shootout @ ohio so everyone is busy getting ready for that so let's plan this and maybe we can do it sometime after the ohio meet?

let's figure out the location/dates/times/venues/etc. it doesn't have to be at some fancy place. we could do it at a parking lot/recreation park with lots of space/an empty field.

i'm just throwing up ideas and if you guys have any input on this, just comment away!

ps: what should we name this meet/event/venue?
I like this idea it would be good... Shannonville is way too far for me lol

it's a nice, relaxing, sightseeing drive! it's actually a fun trip and you get to see Garrett's beastly RA that i've been talking about

Idea for you guys travelling 2 or 3 hours to get to Cranswicks house:

Say there is a lapping evening on the long track or a mix 'n' match. These run from about 5:30 pm until it gets dark. Book off sick that day or take a holiday day if you're working; get to Crans's place in the early afternoon, set up your tent, and rest/sleep for a 2-3 hours to get refreshed. Then I will show up and bring dinner for us all to cook on Cranswicks bbq. Then we will go to Shannonville to play.

There is a gas station on the Reserve just before you get to the track and it's much less expensive so we'd fill up there - that would do for the racing and probably your ride home. For long track lapping you'll spend less than $50, and for the mix n' match its $25 for the night.

Don't do anything special to your car its fine as is for these type of outings; I will bring a tire pump if anyone needs to inflate a bit more (35-38 psi for road race track).

Afterwards, you have the option of tenting it again for the night or just driving back home. Or, if my relatives are gone maybe you can stay at my place.

If interested in this, you guys organize it. Just let me know when.
