not sure...the ACT stage 2 is a puck type clutch disc, at least mine is equivalent to an FX400, whereas the clutch masters fx200 is still a full face disc, only Kevlar, instead of the regular organic friction material found on a standard street disc...I would call the fx200 a stage 1.5, as they both offer the same holding capacity, but being of Kevlar construction, should last a bit longer. ACT really only has two "stages" the basic street disc with HD pressure plate will hold 260ft-lb, while everything else (whether sprung or unsprung, 4 puck or 6) will hold 335.

that should be fine...remember too, if the clutch disc wears out but the pressure plate is still good you can just replace the disc...I had a machine shop resurface a pressure plate before...

what do you mean you're on the fence? are you worried about it not being aggressive enough or too much?

Im afraid I wont be able to shift like I use to I use to shift faster maybe theirs air in the line? It only has 50 miles on it first thing I did was almost stall the car then grinded 3rd slightly. What else can I do to the tranny? I've been trying to research if the evo synchro rings fit our transmission.

shifting speed has little to do with the clutch...unless it's not disengaging fully (dragging), then you'll have problems shifting, regardless of rpm or speed...why Evo synchros? the synchro rings are the same...it's just a brass gear with a conical ribbed section inside...they wouldn't be any better or worse...
