Wondering if its possible to send a fastworks tune p2p and being able to access and write the tune. Finally got a tactrix cable did the install and it put the stock tune back on my car. Since then my car has been logging alot of knock.. which im guessing is extremely bad for the engine. Mike sent me my tuned file but never gave me permission to read it so I cant flash it on my car and its very hard to get a hold of him. Wondering is someone with the same mods as me would be able to send me there tune so I can test to see if my car runs better?

 

how much knock are we talking...cause pretty much all cars knock a little bit...also what kind of fuel are you using?

 

A lot mostly on take offs ive seen it go to 16 on fastworks. Also getting knock in WOT 1-3 at 6k RPM. Just got my old file from mike going to try that out and see how it goes. Im running 91.

After trying the new file it seems a little bit better but it is still knocking like crazy.

 

So after trying to new file. The engine seems to run better but still recording alot of knock. Happens alot on take offs, or when I'm at WOT and hit mivec. I have a 3rd gear pull my data log says it knocks from 4k rpm to 5.2k rpm between 1-3.

 

is it pulling a lot of ignition timing?
