Idle problems Stall or Shut the engine off

Hello friends,
I have a Lancer RA '06
When Idling the engine's RPM are to low that causes the engine to stop
Or they stall from 700 to 2,000, Also it feels like the AFR is to rich
I accelerate and it makes nothing and suddenly
RPM goes way up, like when the Mix is good.
It has various OBDII Codes

By 7/15/18 it has these codes

P0171: System too Lean (Bank 1)
P0130: O2 Sensor Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0138: O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0031: HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P2195: O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean bank1 Sensor1
P0037: HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0401: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected
P0403: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Control Circuit
P0638: Throttle Actuator Control Range/Performance (Bank 1)

My Brother realizes that the O2 Sensor (Downstream) was
pinned incorrectly (Thinking that anyone puts an Generic O2 Sensor anytime before
and pinned it incorrectly) and he puts cables as an image I found of a
Brand new OEM O2 Sensor. Now...

09/19/18 it has these codes,

P0171: System too Lean (Bank 1)
P0134: O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0132: O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank I Sensor 1)
P0136: O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank I Sensor 2)

I Appreciate any help anyone can make.
Sorry for my english, it's not my 1st language.

I don't understand why you say it was pinned incorrectly...what exactly happened here? Why did you have to modify the wiring?

Did you check if the cat was clogged? Or if the oxygen sensor was just bad, along with the egr valve...

Generic O2 Sensor comes like the image and
You need to combine the cables, If the person
fails, as we think, then needs to be fixed.

Car has no cat It has the tube extension for the O2 Sensor.
Can't remember the Ohms on the O2 Sensor and we have no comparable
to validate, If you do and want to share it I'll appreciate.
Didn't check for EGR (Next thing to check)

You are using a spacer on the rear O2 sensor? Is the ECU modified, or do you have a piggyback ECU, or "chip"?

Sorry for not mentioning,
My car doesn't has Catalyst,
(Thats the reason of the spacer)
Also has an aftermarket air intake,
No ECU modified nor piggybak, no chip.
I bought my car used and comes with those changes.
I want to make my RA turbo sometime in the future.
Thanks for responding.

Sounds like a bad front O2 sensor but I feel like there are other underlying issues...its probably running lean, and knocking so the ECU is pulling tons of timing so it has no power...the rear sensor doesn't control AFR, so I would look at the front sensor first, then I would look at fuel and egr system.

Ok, P0136 Gone !
Downstream O2 Sensor replaced, Now it has
P0420
(Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

I guess is because My car doesn't have catalyst.
But right now Idle is perfect !

you can space the rear sensor to maybe get the code to go away, or get a catalytic converter...lol, glad it's sorted.
