My car overheats in the summer months when it is hot outside and the car is not moving. The problem is the radiator fans don't spin at all. I went and replaced the fan control module from pick and pull, which kind of fixed the problem where I noticed the radiator fans spinning, but now they don't spin again.

Is there something I am missing? Could it be related to coolant mixture at all. I replaced it like 2 years ago? I also have heard of a fan relay that could also be the culprit but I don't know.
