6 speed? ...hmmm I wished! Didnt hear about a 6 speed tran on the 2005 model. I think if it was true I'd pee in my pants and bubbles would start coming out of my mouth.

I wish RRM and Mitsu will make an agreement for their turbo to be in the warranty list. I would even pay more if they do. As long as it doesnt void warranty... It will be uber good if the turbo comes stock for the 06' Lancer Ralliart with Recaro Ralliart bucket seats =P too greedy here....
BTW: This is my 101st post. Huray!

have you guys considered the simliarities of the neon srt-4's 'mitsubishi' engine being very similar to the USDM mivec engine? they are both 2.4 liters in displacement, and has been known to come from mitsubishi, there is a cross platform going on with dodge ever soooo long ago, remember DC had a share of mitsubishi at one point in time and shared the talons, 3000gt's, eclipses....
my point being if in fact the mivec engine is the same as in the srt-4 then you have a very well tried and true prospective for you RA guys out there....
fear not, releasing a Turbo RA isnt too bad for mitsubishi in a sense that they reconfigure their pricing.... you have to keep in mind the LanEvo RS is around $26k as long as a supposedely turbo RA is priced under that then you may have yourself a contender...
remember the days of the Eclipse GST? GSX? both turbo with one variance being the AWD in the GSX model.... it can be possible with the RA and the Evo models, what killed the market for the GST and the GSX was the price point at the time...
the conjecture of the engines of the srt-4 and the ra are pure speculative but if dug deeper the simliarites of it being a mitsubishi motor may be even greater....
have fun guys, and hope for the best to come for you lancer guys, mitsubishi will see your plea for help, becaue there is a niche for 'cheap' performance out there.... SRT-4, Cobalt SS, Ion Redline, Scion TC, Sentra SE-R Spec V are only a few which can be had at a great deal of about $20k with facotry induced performance (exception being the Spec V of course, unless Nisasn decieds to bring back their turbos *crosses fingers*)

as far as i know the manifold is also... heh, thats all that i can get so far.... with some work im sure the RA Mivec motor would do great with a turbo.... but we'll see
