I have some questions

Hey, I will soon get my new ralliart 2005 and I want to know some stuff about the car.

1- I know that the 2005 model will be very similar to the 2004 ralliart (exept a few things) so are all RRM parts will fit on my car?

2- I'm thinking of putting the RRM CAI but i live in Québec. Can the CAI be use during a rought winter? Does the cops care about the CAI? Is it hard to install? The sound of the CAI is it annoying?

3- I want to put a new ehxaust but i dont know withc one can you guys help me or sugget me the best choise (i will like the maximum performance, dont really care about the price).

4- I've emailed somebody the other day about his Evo 8 carbon fiber spoiler and he said that he ordered it at his car dealership... i just wanteds to know if you can preorder your car with this spoiler.

thank you very much!!!

I'll answer as best I can. I don't actually have my Ralliart yet (hoping for a 2005...if I don't have to wait too long), but I've been on these forums for awhile now and know the car like I own it.

1 - The RRM parts should all fit. Nothing mechanical is changing on the car, just some aesthetic changes.

2 - CAIs can be used in winter, as long as your roads don't get large standing puddles. If you're worried about it, you have two options - Get the Injen CAI, which can be converted to a SRI for the wet months. Or, do what I think I'll do, get an AEM or Injen CAI (won't work with the new RRM CAI) and put an AEM bypass valve on it. CAIs are easy installs. I don't know how Canadian law feels about them, but I doubt there's anything wrong with it.

3 - Go with the RRM axleback exhaust. My understanding is that the current piping isn't restrictive, so a cat-back is unnecessary. Combine that with the RRM downpipe (cat-delete, so it's not street-legal) and you have a great exhast setup.

4 - I imagine this depends on the dealership. The factory probably won't install the spoiler, so the dealership has to. It will probably have to be painted to match.

The CAI sounds actually pretty quiet until you really hammer on it, a huge difference from stock airbox.

I drove by the dealership out here and they had RA's sitting on a auto carrier with
the EVO 8 wing already on them. So my guess is they are coming from the factory with it, but yes you probably have to order it with the spoiler.
