Rally stance for a ralliart

What would i have to do to give my ralliart a more "rally" stance. If you look at the evo, and the STi...they are both have some ground clearance, not alot, but more than most "tuner cars". I want to mod the suspension on my car, but i dont want that slammed look, or the scrapes that go along with it. I bought a ralliart because i love rally cars and cant afford an evo. So where should i start? Is there a possibility for swaps with some evo suspension parts?

The Evo is only 1" higher off the ground. If you simply switch to 17" rims without going any lower-profile in the tires, you'll be halfway there. To complete the effect, just add some mud flaps! This pic is of my old Evo, but you get the point:

You could consider taking off the side skirts to make the car appear even higher. It's not that low in stock form though:

Check out this thread for some ideas, especially towards the last page and 2nd to last:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ight=mud+flaps

Basically what it boils down to is, "where there's a will, there's a way." I'm also going to look into installing some flat (non-molded) flaps soon, myself, and I'll be sure to post good pics if I get it to work well.

As for suspension, the Ralliart's is not compatible with the Evo's at all. If you want to jack your car up higher, you'd probably be best off finding a good shop that can make some some machined metal spacers to go between the tops of the struts and their mounts.

Hopefully more folks will chime with other ideas too.

That would be my approach specially if you can find a set of EVO rims for sale; add the spoiler and it would look more like a rally car.
