Please Help Me / Pedals

hi there i would appreciate any help on this subject...
i bought type r pedals...when i went to screw them on my ralliart, not only is the original pedal connected in such a way that it would be difficult (but feasable nonetheless) to screw it in, but the original pedal has such a vertical bend thatthe 4 screws (2top 2 bottom) would not all lie flat...anybody know if that matters orwut to do?
any body have pedals on already and can refer me tyo pedals thatazre more compatible but not the 100 dollar ones fronm the dealers?
thank you in advance
Max

The $100 ones at the dealer can be had for $50-$70 in different colors from Mitsubishipartsstore.com. I've never had pedals so I can't help w/ install problems

Drilling is the only way. The arms will get in the way a little....just try and line them up carefully...you MAY have to drill part of one of the welds but its ok....as long as you don't take off TOO much of it.
