I just got my RA SRI (short ram). Everything is set except where to bolt the whole thing down. All the pics I see aren't for a 2004 Ralli or something because they look different than my auto Ralli.

There is a bolt "kinda" close but it bends the filter a little. Is this normal? Does it actually bolt in so that the filter is pulling on the rubber intake tube pretty strongly?

 

uh no it shouldnt pull at all.. Double check with the Company that you bought it from and make sure its for your car then make sure you have it on all the way.What Company made it? I know Injen has SRI and CAI's for the Ralliart in stock and injen is a pretty notable company.

 

It's from RRM. I figured it out thanks. Once I bolted it all in I was able to just move it an inch and it all came together. I was worried I was going to put stress on the filter by kinda pulling it into the bolt but I decided to go for it and it worked great.

I love it already and love the sound. Gonna test out some highway driving tomorrow.
