The problem with some dealers is that they will say that you did something to mess up the car yourself. But if you have proof that you followed the procedure that they set up then they can't deny your claim.

This suggestion goes for everyone too... everything from an oil change to a tire rotation that isn't done at the dealer you should keep a reciept for. Some dealers are really shady...

Good Luck,

THANK YOU FOR THE TIP and I will do so...

Not to sound ;like a *** but wath is ( WOT ) The car pull to the left on the highway only and that is because it only happen at High speed after 60 mph it get very crazzy over 80 mph .
In a straid road on the left hand it will go left and in the same road in the right hand side it will go in a straid line.......

I have a mild pull to the left when cruising on the highway. It's not much, at least nothing I'll make a big deal about. I'll probably just have the alignment checked and leave it at that.

Mine has a slight pull as well. The reason?

WELL......In a post months ago, someone said something about these cars being sent to the dealership via truck after they got off the boat from Japan. They were chained down to the trucks with chains hooked to the control arms of the car. Because not all trucks are created equal (bumps, etc..) it's very possible they could have yanked on the chassis of your car a little more than others...thereby creating this pull effect on your ride.

Most of us have this problem. Make sure you have both hands on the steering wheel! j/k

WOT = wide open throttle (When you step on the gas all the way down and the throttle body opens all the way, sucking in as much air as it possibly can).

Good luck bro, keep us posted.

If it was nothing, I will not losse sleep over it , But this is more then a mild pull to the left , ok lest said that I'am driving in the left lane and I'am doing 75 MPH wich is very much my daly speed in the high way, If I will take my hand of the wheel I can count one-1000 and two-2000 and by three-3000 my wheels are in the grass by fourd-4000 I'am gonig in to a spind and by five-5000 , I'am chainging my boxers.

WOT=wide open throttle. The gas pedal is on the floor and the throttle plate is completely open.
As for the "pulling," mine does it mildly, also to the left. If yours doesn't do it in the right lane, I wouldn't worry. Most highways are sloped down towards either side. We can't drive the car so we can't tell how much the car pulls.

Why didnt they just fix the dent instead of giving you another car? Get the car with the dent back and fix it
