Just ordered these...

Just ordered these... I wish they're as "grippy" as they look!!!

One thing I know though, my RA will look much better with these shoes on!

Got em'

Dude,

I have those same tires on my Ralliart. You will not be dissapointed .. believe me. They are super quiet, and drive like a dream in Wet or Dry Conditions.

Any other questions .. let me know!!

Since this is my lucky day... How long ago did you put these on? Any wear? I was told by my bro-in-law that they'll wear very fast...

Also, did you get any vibration since you bought those? I had this problem in the past and the manufacturers really laugh at you when this happens...

They have only been on my car for about 3-4weeks now .. so I can't really say much for the wear. I have heard that they hold up quite well though.

As far as Vibration goes ... I do feel some vibration through the Steering Wheel when going 65+ MPH. I had attributed this to the place I ordered them from - doing a ****ty job balancing them. I haven't had a chance to bring them to my local Dunn Tire to get them Computer Balanced yet.

What have you heard regarding the vibrations??

Nick

It seems like it's not only the balancing and the alignment that might be to blame for certain problems. I've had winter tires which where just impossible to balance correctly. The same people always did a great job with my other tires... We finally arrived to the conclusion that the tires were the source of the vibration (probably just a bit unevenly shaped, or maybe a pothole hit they took). I really hope this doesn't happen with such expensive tires as the PZeros though... that would suck big time!

GREAT .. now you got me all depressed. I'm making my appointment with Dunn Tire today ... they have all of the state-of-the-art equipment there.

Let me know how your tires feel when you get them on .. I'm curious to see if yours feel the same as mine.

Talking

These Neros are damn sticky man!!! I went driving with my girlfriend sunday and decided to take a small road at the last minute... I slammed on the brakes knowing all 4 wheels would lock up (well, knowing the ABS would intervene). Instead, it just braked and took the turn... No ABS intervention at all! I've never driven on tires that could take such a high load without slipping!

On the downside, it's an even worst ride than I thought... but hey, I wanted performance and that's what I got! The noise level is okay... but it's hard to describe... I'd say they resonate (it's sounds a bit like an overinflated basketball when I go over bumps). I have to check the pressure they put in though... I'm not quite sure these guys (at the local dealer) know what they're doing.

Anyway, I don't want to give you the impression that I'm not satisfied, these are incredible performers! Wheelspin on hard launches is a thing of the past... maybe if I just suddenly dropped the clutch... I don't know (I like my clutch more than I'd like to try that)...

Of course, tight corners are a blast. Now, It's like the car talks to me when it's a at the limit... as when I had the RSAs on, I was just not sure where the limit was.

It feels like I'm driving a open-wheels car... very weird but very enjoyable at the same time. I think I'll be very depressed when I have to change to winter tires in November...

Oh, and no vibration (for now)!

I only felt a slight vibration sunday morning, after the car was parked on gravel for the night... I probably had small pebbles stuck in the grooves... This often happens with tires designed with large rain channels.
