I got mine directly from Rally Armor website. Just search "Rally Armor" on Google and you'll find it.

^Yip. Just need to turn your wheels to lock on each side and install. The screws replace the plastic clips that hold the wheel liner to the bumper.

I'm contemplating getting the rally flaps... but idk, I got about 5" off the ground w/ my lip kit and the Sportlines..
I would probably just be ripping them up constantly.
How much $$$ do they run anyway?

The UR ones(more expensive ones) are really flexible and are perfect for lowered cars. I've seen a few X's dropped right down on coils with the RA mudflaps on them and they don't seem to be mangled.

I got the basics and dropped on sportlines. No problems and they still look like new.

does ICBC gets you a new ralliart..?? or you need to add $$ to it..??
and what have you done to total your.... ^^

Well mine is obviously Electric Blue, and not Octane but I love her nevertheless. In my eyes, probably one of the best shades for a Lancer
