It's all screwed in. The screws on the mud flaps actually screwed in right into the rear lip. Also there's 4 screws on the bottom to attach the diffuser to the bottom of the rear bumper.

The screws are pretty well hidden so you'll not notice it unless you crawl underneath.

No it doesn't come pre-painted. You've to paint it or have a body shop do it for you.

Which rear diffuser is that? Matches perfectly with the side skirts

Whoops I searched...ARS haha...definitely gonna have to grab one of those!

Yes, they're ARS HL2 Rear Lip. ARS Bodykit is a sponsor on 9glancers forum. If you have a chance, you can pay a visit there.
