My new 2012 lancer GT

Just got this one yesterday and i love it! Plasti-dipping the rims today, can't wait!

Mercury Gray is a great color. Very nice looking ride! I wish my 2010 GTS had that Ralliart front end that's standard on the GT now.

Looking good! I guess Fla. doesn't have front plates? Or did you vinyl the holes? I think I want to dip my wheels too.

Fl is correct.. I love plasti dip.. just did the chrome around the front end and the diamond in the back lol

Personally, I like the little bit of chrome accent on the grill and emblems... and the stock wheels. Looks "clean" for lack of a better word. To each his own I suppose.

I like the chrome bits too. I have the mirrors and door handles chromed as well as the trunk lip. I'm not too sure about all of that yet, but it came with the car...

I currently have the 2012 Mitsubishi lancer de and will be upgrading to the gt sometime in October. Would like to swap pics and ideas back and forth. Interested?

Could you explain how plasti dip works? Is it a paint coating and will it leave things feeling like Plastic?

Its a spray you can buy at like lowes and you spray it on whatever you want to plastidip (that can be plastidiped) and it peels off when you don't want it on anymore. You can youtube it and it should explain everything.
