Test drive of the ralliart

Found this !!!!

I was at MOD 08 and got to test drive the RA and the MR. the RA all i got to say is wow OMG it was bada....... the toque that it has is unbelievable. the sst work really well. it knows when to down shift and when to up shift. fells light and sporty. the suspension and brakes are from the GTS so that is where the MR is better, and more horsepower. mitsu rep says that the engine in the RA is the same as the EVO. the only deference is that the RA has a smaller intercooler, pipes, and a single scroll turbo. but because the RA is lighter it felt like the RA was faster than the MR.

Did the RA feel like it had more low-end torque compared to the MR?

You'd have to ask this guy:

The rallliart is looking better and better everytime I hear about it. If all it lacks is a smaller turbo and no ayc , It sounds good to me. Modding a car makes it truly yours. I would still like to drive it with the double clutch set up. I drove the one in the new corvette and really liked it. Hope the ra feels like the vette.

I don't want to burst bubble's , but "being faster" or "feel like it faster" is two different thing.

Haha i certainly hope that he doesn't think that the RA would even come close to the performance of the MR

The 'Vette doesn't have a dual-clutch transmission. It's a regular automatic with a torque converter.

lol @ vette...vette rocks a slushbox auto, not an SST/dual clutch type setup...yet anyway. Supposedly it might have one come 2012-ish.
