I just picked my Rally Red 09 RA today!

I live in the Detroit area in Michigan dX.Xb

Well, the dealership we went to gave us $500 off the dealer invoice [which showed it at $26,200] AND then we got another $500 rebate for Mitsu. loyalty. They gave me $3500 on my trade-in [2003 Lancer OZ]. So out the door, I got it for just over $23,000 with the couple discounts and my trade-in included. I guess an okay deal. My finance payment is $385/month at 0% APR. Very nice.

I could have gotten a new 2009 Pontiac G8 for $20,000 at the same dealership, LOL!

 

Closer to 30K for the car at dealer cost, which isn't the MSRP. For the options package and paint got it at dealer cost (again less than MSRP), minus the $500 factory to dealer incentive, plus freight, pdi, aircon & gas taxes. Just so you have your expectations in line

 

I got a good idea of what it cost, but what are your average insurance rates?

 

Theres a few different insurance threads and it really seems to vary based on your insurance.

Where are you at in nor cal? If you purchase one be sure to post up, im still a few months away from going for it, not sure what people are getting them for around here.

 

we got ours for 24k+ttl so it came to 26k- 5k trade in. so we only financed 21k at 4.99%
