yes it is the stock IX BPV I will take some pics and post them up when i get some time

heres my husbands myspace he has pics. the install was easy all you need is a screwdriver and about ten min.

if you guys want to buy a OEM IX or X BOV. Im 100% sure you can get a good deals on the Evo section. Just post it up you need one

as long as it not vent to atmosphere (VTA) mine is the OEM EVO IX BPV.

Blow Off Valve BOV is vent to atmosphere which is bad because it cause the car to stall out and run ruff and By Pass Valve (BPV) blows the air back into the intake where it needs to go to work right.

A BPV is basically just a BOV without the O (ie. the air is recirculated back into the intake stream).

if you want to blow money you can get the APS dual vent BOV. which is under 30 psi proven the best BOV in the market.
