Well if the Evo X's a good gauge to go by, stick with a drop-in filter (HKS seems to work well), cat-delete pipe & tune. It's the cats, not the exhaust that is the real bottle-neck in terms of any real additional power. As far as the X goes anyway.
Buy a rear swaybar first to see if you like the balance. It'll dial out some of the built-in understeer.
Brake pads, lines and fluid.
And last but not least, tires, tires, tires!!!!
All in your a little more then a G but I'd personally start here.

Considering no one has an TBE for the RA yet... There is no known good one. They are not exactly the same setup as the evo.

and if you spent near $1000 on swaybars and endlinks you got royally ripped off or they were dipped in platinum

If I were you, i'd wait. If you want performance, maybe the exhaust and zchip, once some r & d is done for it. But yeah, wait until there is something made specifically for the RA. It's always good to be patient. Definitely tires though. Would be a great FIRST mod for this car.

All-seasons are no season. If you want to increase performance, you need to step up to a good summer tire like the Dunlop Star Specs, Bridgestone RE01Rs, Yokohama Advans, etc.
