9lbs of Boost on the Ralliart not 19!!!!!!!!!!(TTP engineering)
a mechanical boost gauge from GlowShift. 13psi possible i havent really opened up n a highway but its definently different from 19psi. VW said my cuz's GTI was 13 stock but was reall y around ten so a few lbs difference is possibl but not ten
Is it an electric (gauge and transmitter) or mechanical gauge? Also if it's an Autometer I'll go with 19 psi lol as I went through three different types of Autometer on my SRT-4 and they were all off by a minimum of +/- 5 psi compared to an industrial gauge I have from an instrument shop.
Edit: I see it's mechanical but having never heard of glowshift it's probably a super cheap bourdon tube or diaphragm instrument made in China. It could be off by a fair bit.

My guess is the gauge is wrong. i personally would only trust an electric gauge from a very reputable proven source.

Surprisingly conservative. 9psi to make 250lbft of torque. With a smaller turbo....
You must have a boost leak or something. Try using a vac line on the Intake manifold and not the wastegate line.

This is almost bugging me almost making get my extra Greddy mechanical gauge out. T it to a vacuum line, and tape it on my windshield real quick. hahaha.

Is this T'd into the boost solenoid line??

That is why you are only seeing 9psi.
You need to T into a pressure side and not the boost control lines. That boost control pressure line coming off the turbo has a restrictor pill in it which limits the amount of pressure the wastegate sees and is used as part of the boost control system with the boost control solenoid.
The best place to tap into for boost pressure is the line off the intake manifold right by the oil dip stick. That is what we use on the dyno while tuning.

Any turbo car with less than 10 PSI is a complete waste of even having a turbo on it! At that level, the turbo is doing a much better job of simply adding extra weight than it is providing adequate boost to deliver more power to the car.
OP claims only 9psi?
Did you buy a regular lancer and turbo it?
