Guys, do some research. The Forge valve sucked on the evo8's and 9's. Driveability was crap. Consider a stock evoX or IX valve instead.

i didnt hear that but i didnt have one of the older evo's.

I just went with Forge because of there reputation and i know ppl that have them in there cars

oh god please lancerdave...this is something i need you must keep me posted about this... my friend just bought a stock evo9 bov and he said it will work with the RA..i'm waiting on his response as well but i really need some updates on this... also he said wont sound as good until intake was installed... anyone happen to have one installed yet...

Forge DV driveability = ftl. MR valve driveability = ftw. Cone filter + pre maf = woosh.

If the forge valve works with the standard recirc setup, then the evo 9 valve will work in the same manner. Just make sure you don't install it backwards. You'd be suprised how many people do just that.

have to put the diverter valve back in then ill do it..... had to take it out cause i had to bring it to the dealer to turn off the oil light.

Didnt want the dealer to see it

I thought people were over the Fast & Furious. Bypass valves are put in place to protect the turbocharger bearings from compressor surge. Most aftermarket units perform poorly at this. The poppet style OEM bypass valves are far superior at preventing compressor surge. Unfortunately they don't sound as cool but people have different priorities I guess.

i just went from a stock plastic bpv to an aluminum bpv nothing really changed except the sound and the fact i can swap out the springs when i reach higher boost

How can a bigger housing have any affect? If you're just diverting air, the housing size should be irrelevant.
