Edit: Something you might want to keep in mind is what you're going to do with the car. If you just want more power during your day to day driving, I would suggest you keep the stock turbo and just mod around it (exhaust, FMIC, tune, maybe cams) rather than switch over to a larger turbo that will give you more peak HP and torque but that may move those peaks higher up. How often are you at 6000 RPM? I'm in a similar situation as I have to decide whether I want to keep my stock turbo or move to the STI turbo. It's a really hard choice.
