You know, I've been wondering why there aren't more aftermarket accessories for the 2008 Lancer Ralliart

 

I had 3000K Mcculloch HID fog lights and they were worse in fog then my stock halogens are. I ended up taking them out and selling them. I thought they looked good but they were too bright for the fog like Amby said. I might just get those Nokya Yellow fogs. I hear they work good.
