I usually turn on my foglights at night, and its about minus 20 degrees celcius where im at..Went to get my car washed at a touchless carwash, and went home later on, had my foglights still turned on, was looking at them , adnt hey appear to be dirty , so whatever no biggie, next time i went to get my car washed, I went home and same thing the foglights look dirty, so alright went to get some water and tissue to wipe it. The 3m rockguard on the lens, were burnt and melted in the middle, wtf so i took one side of the 3m off, and the lens are cracked, looked at the other side and they are both cracked... My foglights ran so hot, when i got it washed the cold water hit it and cracked it...

Anyone have this issue ??

 

What kind of bulbs were in them?

 

Stock bulbs were in them , and im going to the dealership tomrrow for them to get it looked at

gay they said its bc of rock chips....whatever, had the car for 3 weeks never heard anyone else having this issue, and having both crack at the same time...and had 3m on top of it....

 

Damn that blows.. Rock chips and you have 3M.. They couldn't think of anything else.

Yeah no warranty, they said they saw rocks in the cracks, that was their excuse....

pretty stupid, i said its probaly rock that got in bc of the crack, but they said they cant warranty it...
