Different Tire

So when changing to a different tire and say the specification i chose says. 2.89% over read on the speedometer. I'm assuming this will also affect the odometer as well, if I am not mistaken. Is there a way to "reprogram" some settings - or is this not possible?

Yes it will effect the odometer as well, IMHO I wouldn't sweat 3%.

i dunno that could throw your readings off by 2-3mph which could be the difference between a ticket or not

At 3mph off for 3% error you would be going about 100 mph.

You're gonna get a ticket regardless of your speedo error .
