Question 08 Lancer Drop springs work on Ralliart??

Hey Guys,
I have a set of road race V2 drop springs on my 08 lancer. I was wondering if they would fit the Ralliart. I am going to be trading my lancer in to get a ww ralliart soon, just wanted to know if they will work, I think they should because its the same suspension setup as a gts. Thanks for your help!

they will fit, but not recommended due to weight issues.

they would "fit" , but would actually be a down-grade for the ralliart.

there would be no sense in experimenting anyway......
........since robispec has GOOD springs available for our cars.

A few hundred lbs is a very big difference with springs. I would wait until there are springs designed for Ralliarts.

Mixing and matching might be a cheap, fast solution but it will be a downgrade for the car.

I already did this and couldn't handle the bouncy ridged ride. the Ralliart stock dampers don't work well with the stiffer lower springs despite the weight difference. Wait for the coil overs or when Ralliart spec springs come avail. I posted pics and info on this form if you do a search.

Robispec springs are old evo springs with spacers made to fit, not bashing them, I just don't like the spacer idea.
