For me, Chicago, the summer is coming! Finally....
Is "wheels & tires" still a must for 09 ralliart!?
If so... any good idea? or... wheels & tires package!?

Thanks!

If it was my car a re-flash would be first on the list... Your results may vary

The very first thing you should upgrade (well atleast in my case) is...

Tint the windows.

remember, chicago you can't tint the front. If you haven't heard yet, they raised the fine for front window tints from $25 bucks to $250 bucks. They have been enforcing tinted windows alot nowadays too. Get a drop and get new wheels/tires.

who's comign out with the intake? does this involve the small battery kit? hope not..don't think with my cold winters I would want a tiny battery, unless it puts out the same CCA as the stock battery, if not then it may not crank my car haha
