rear license plate screws HELP

rear license plate screws HELP
Hey guys,
I have a question, how is your rear license plate held on?? Mine only came with two really small holes, and all the dealer gave me was like two wood screws to put on the rear plate I thought that this was weird.
But I found two mounting grommets and two screws in the glove box. Are these for the front plate mount or the rear?? Post pics so I can see please. Thanks for your help.

You'd think that they would do the same for the rear plate as the front. I'm going to pick up a rubber O-rings from work and use a few short bolts and nuts to hold that ***** on there.
