with the ams you cant hear a pshhhh with a stock air box... you hear it in a SRI ... i have a forge evo15 and i can hear very faintly with a kn drop in.... but then when i wot and you dont here anything do to engine using up all the boost lol...

i am gonna go ahead and buy the ams BOV. i will open up the airbox and see if there is any sound differences! my buddy did that on his evo x and secured the filter with a zip tie.
somewhere down the line i will get a SRI
AMS BOV it is.

 

You won't be dissaponted u can hear it over stock for sure, trust me.

 

well guys i decided not to get the ams BOV just because it looked exactly as stock evo 9 bov and my friend who has a evo 9 confirmed it that it was infact a evo 9 stock bov. Now he had 4 bov sitting in his garage, so we went with this one... I did order my SRI and it will be here by wednesday... this sucker is loud even without intake..

this one retails for close to 300.00
