well guys i decided not to get the ams BOV just because it looked exactly as stock evo 9 bov and my friend who has a evo 9 confirmed it that it was infact a evo 9 stock bov. Now he had 4 bov sitting in his garage, so we went with this one... I did order my SRI and it will be here by wednesday... this sucker is loud even without intake..

That chuckling sound you're hearing is not normal. That is compressor surge. It should just be a quick pshhh sound. good luck
