Best Nav?

I opted in to getting the '09 RA without the Nav because it was too much money. What is the best Nav/GPS I could get right now? I'm coming out of a Lancer GTS with the Nav so I need something that lives up to it...

I'm new at all this so I'm not sure how and if I even can replace the stock head unit. Is it very hard? It looks like the way Mitsubishi created the front dashboard, it would be very difficult to put an aftermarket head unit in with the Nav.

I put in sat radio in my car 2 weeks ago myself and I had to wire everything through the dash. The whole square section of the radio comes out in one piece with no wires. I have no idea how the thing is getting powered but it popped out in one piece. Idk if this helps at all lol

The whole stereo that comes in the base '09 Ralliart comes out in one piece clean? Does anyone have any pictures of this? I just want to make sure I buy the right thing...

I would suggest the sony one I bought on ebay for 100 bucks. But today while trying to get directions off a military base it tried to tell me to take a left into the desert every 4 miles...

Any other suggestions? I'm not sure whether I should get a normal windshield mounted Nav or a built in Nav. I'd get a built in one, but I am not too sure on how easy it is on the '09 RA...

Hmm...this is right up there with "how long is a piece of string?".

I suppose the best Nav for you is the one that does what you want it to do.

Besides, the best Nav today will be second best in a month.

Good luck.

Here you can find all the info on removing the dash, it's fairly simple once you get to know how to...i can litteraly do it within a matter of minutes.
