So I went to visit my girl at work today and stopped by with my new Ralliart. So she told me this guy asked her if I was driving her car. She said no he just bought that. Then he said oh that's kind of a GIRLS car isn't it? What a dick!!! Guess he must be jealous of my car and me.

 

I think the new style Lancer, RA and Evo are really aggressive lookin and not girlie at all and I never see a girl driving them but I always get that whole"But isn't that a chick car" or "does it come with a purse" thing too. I don't get it

 

I don't get it either. I guess the **** must drive and old pickup truck with a gun rack with a load twelve guage shotgun, confederate flag bumper sticker, and a tick hound in the back. Oh well, girlie or not I love my Ralliart

I've never heard anyone call the new style Lancer (including the X) a girlie car. Perhaps with the way he thinks, unless you drive a V8 - you drive a girlie car. Everyone's entitled their own opinion, but you don't necessarily have to care about what those opinions happen to be.

 

LOL! You guys drive girly cars!! If by "girly" they mean brutish, and hairy, then yeah, I can see it. Otherwise, it's looks pretty damn aggressive to me. I would try to find out what kind of crap he drives - and make sure he's not hitting on your girl.

I'd would have to say that any eclipse made after 94 would be a girlie car. I should know I own 3 of them.

I see the RA as a nice DD for a mid 20s couple with some potential when its paid off and the hubby gets to have his way with it.

the new Lancer's style, a chick car? WTF OMG... a Ralliart is as aggressive as a cheap sedan with turbo can get, let alone an Evo in any of it's reincarnations... Damn every time I get people to compliment my car they usually say something like "it looks like it wants to bite me"
