no for sure word as of yet, although there is and has been the diamond certified leather program for after delivery addition of leather by the dealerships. i'll dig deeper and see what i can find.

man, the way i have always heard how people are being m/f'ed by dealers on here just shocks me. thats like them saying they dont want the business and cant make exceptions. the whole warranty denial thing only usually happens if the customer is a real jerk or true abuse/aftermarket actual direct cause of the problem is found.

im gonna let you all in on a little secret, we realize a lot of customers are modding their cars and thats fine, just dont lie to us, cause its obvious when bolts have been removed and replaced or parts dont match up to whats usually there, come on, we look at this stuff all day every day, we usually have a good idea of what to expect. the only real thing we can't notice so easily is the boost pill/reflash mods offered by ams cause theres nothing visibly different.

basically, i know that if a customer comes in and is honest with us we usually do everything we can to help them out. if it is obvious that the customer or aftermarket add-ons are at fault and we really cant get it done through warranty, we are much more likely to see what we really can do about helping our customers, assuming they are reasonably behaved (lol, but its true) and honest about what happened. especially in times like this, we dont wanna lose your business just as much as you all dont wanna get raped, so if youre cool with us, usually we'll work with you as much as we can.

also, on a final note, just remember that if you really are a jerk or are being irrational or rude or just plain not nice, especially if you do have other aftermarket mods, even if they arent directly related "per-se", we still always have that trump card of : customer abuse/neglect. not likely its going to be used, like i said, but remember its still there.

Yeah, reason number one why they always take care of me down here at Mitsu; the guy I deal with (Dangel) is as cool as you are with that warranty issue but he's always reminding me to tell him the truth whenever I have an issue with my car and he's always telling me to make sure I don't over do it or beat the sh!11!* out of the car for obvious reasons. I can't say the same about the rest of them though

Thanks for the advice and info!

^Yeah, please do and let me know. That would be awesome to get leather.

Honestly my dealing with my dealership has been terrible. I bought my car from Lancater Mitsubishi, in East Petersburg, PA. I noticed a scratch when I went to pick it up and they said they would fix it at a later date. They did try to fix it twice and it looks terrible. There is dirt in the base coat where they tried to fix it. After the second time I said screw it and I'm taking it to a buddy of mine to get fixed. I also bought Sirius for mine. When I took it in to get the Sirius installed the totally messed up my head liner when running the antenna wire. Needless to say I wasn't happy and took it back and they replaced the headliner with a new one. Needless to say it wasn't perfect but it was better than the one the f'ed up. So in the first 20 days of owning my Ralliart it was in the shop 5 of those days. That's why I don't trust Lancaster Mitsubishi. They half a$$ everything they do. There is another Mitsu dealership about 20 miles from me I might try if I need anything but from now on I'm doing everything I can possibly do on my car myself. To bad I don't live close to your dealership cuz you guys sound like you really take care of the customer.

put us under the radar eveeeeeeen more! I love it.

I love it when ppl ask me..."is that an evo?"
haha.
^ This!

I had a guy ask me the other day.

"Nope, it's a Ralliart."

"Oh", he said disappointed. He was driving an Si.

I just kinda smiled to myself and drove off slowly. I prefer to keep a low profile, but the front fascia gives it away to anyone in the know, others just seem to look at it confused.

I de-badged my car, no "Mitsubishi" "Lancer" or "Ralliart" on the back and no diamonds. I still have the red and orange in the front grill though.

Really?! Did you get the leather after you bought your Ralliart and if so what did it run you for leather?
