Maybe because you don't need it in a 4 cylinder

^
And maybe cuz AMS only makes a single exit. And because its AMS!
They are the only company that has consistently been coming out with more goodies for our cars. and what he said ^. Don't get me wrong I really wanted a Dual!

single downgrades the look of the car and instantly makes one question the quality. There are so many crappy singles on so many really crappy rice mobiles its makes the duals stand out and limits the number of junk JDM imitations.

Single or double, your not goin to see jack in performance gains without the full exhaust.

1st, the RA doesn't have a true dual exhaust. It is a single muffler with two exhaust exits.

2nd, the main reason to ditch the dual exhaust is weight. The stock dual exhaust weighs about 45 lbs. A good after market dual will reduce the weight by 10 lbs or so. A good single exhaust could reduce the weight by as much as 20 lbs or more.

That said, the main reasons to keep the exhaust are:

1st, aesthetics. Some people just prefer the look and sound.

2nd, stealth. In states such as CA, flying under the radar is VERY important.

I'm really liking this. When u done finalizing u should go talk to the X guys too. Might get some sales from them too if u can find someone locally to do a prototype.
