Cool Prototype Exhaust Exit Bumper Cover

I purchased an AMS single exit catback exhaust. Love the exhaust and the sound but hate the empty hole in the bumper. So I got some Bondo and some Styrofoam and made one. Took about 15-20hrs in total with dry time.
Here are a few pics:

My first layer of Bondo on the Styrofoam.

Several layers and hours of drying and sanding and this is what I have to show for it!

Then I gave it a few coats of primer and plasti dip.

I know that there is still a gap. That's why it's labeled "Prototype". I plan on making a fiberglass form next week while I'm on vacation. With the finished cover will have fixed the gaps and it will be made of fiberglass. If anyone is interested let me know. That way I can put more time into the form so I could produce more.

Cha ching!!
I was thinking that myself. If I could just find some one to help me make it out of ABS. Now that would bring me some money!

"Very nice, is that just painted with flat black?"
I used plasti dip that I had from another project.

"How are you fastening this in there? Double sided tape?"
Right now its just hanging with some clips and screws. no holes, the screws are half way out and they sit on top of a lip inside. But final will be double stick and/ or screws.

"very ****ing nice, but I dont gotta worry bout that."
Good thing it's for the people that do. LOL! U never know maybe some day.
