I can only speak for the AUS market but ALL RA's come with bluetooth and I'm pretty sure they all come with stacker too (I have the rockford sound option so I can not confirm this for sure). It's odd to me that mitsubishi would leave stacker buttons on a dash for a car with no stacker.

I'm so envious of you US and Canadian guys as we DON'T get the Recaro option

 

In the US, all the Ralliarts come with Bluetooth. In Canada, the Premium comes with Bluetooth but the base model comes with the pre-wire for BT
