TC-SST Shifting After Flash

Has anyone noticed a difference in the way the TC-SST shifts after you've had your ECU flashed? I've had mine flashed for about 2 months now and I'd have to say the transmission doesn't shift like it use to. If I leave it in normal/auto mode it seems to have trouble finding what gear it should be in compared to my wife's stock 2010. I usually have the trans in manual mode so I don't notice it then it's just when it's in auto. Even in sport mode I don't really notice it.

It does hunt more between 4th and 5th, but am seldom in the 30 MPH range for it to happen.

I have notice major issues. The auto shifts are more smoother shifting up, but downshifting some times 1 to 2 it's hard. When the car is warmed up no issues.

When I reflashed with Cobbs OTS maps, I noticed a bit of difference in the way the SST acted. I thought it was due to the level of power increase at certain rpms or where you would normally shift. It doesnt seem as smooth as it did stock, but Im no worrying about it.

My RA seems to shift much better, esp in the colder temps. Also, I haven't noticed the burning smell at the rear of the car near as much as I did prior to getting the AWC flash.

Upshifting is much better and Downshifting is better than it was, although it still isn't perfect, but IMO it's not near as bad as it was prior to the flash.

I'm just mainly worried about prematurely wearing out the TC-SST since I flashed the ECU. It seems like since I flashed the ECU the shift pattern is kind of irratic and hard on the transmission. At times it's like it's lost as to what gear it should be in. I'd rather not mention who's flash I have but for those of you who have the AMS, TTP, etc. re-flash I'd like to know your opinion and what your experience has been with the transmission shifting since you've been tuned.

Our reflashes should not affect the shifting quality of the car, however when breaking the 320tq+ mark, the SST has a harder time shifting on time.

I wish I could say I'm reaching that torque limitation but I'm not even close
