Mile per tank?

what are you guys getting for Miles per tank. I'm only getting around 250, I found that to be a bit low and I drive mostly highways to work going 60. It is cold here in wisconsin and I know that affect the mpg alittle but still.

250 sounds about right for me at 50/50 freeway/city driving, and that's if I'm taking it pretty easy on the car.

It depends when you fill up. I've gotten as little as 200 miles and upwards of 350 on a tank before. The actual gas mileage as I have tracked it has ranged from 20 mpg (mostly city) to 27 mpg (mostly highway). You can get significantly worse mileage if you are gunning it, but 27-28 mpg seems to be about the best I've seen/experienced for highway. Some people claim to get 30 mpg highway, but that might be after a tune and under ideal circumstances.

I get around 260 with mostly highway, very little city. I average between 21 and 22 mpg (there's an app for that on the iphone to track it). The best I have gotten on a road trip is just under 25 and that's 100% interstate using cruise control. 27-30 mpg is almost unbelievable, in fact I would like to see some proof lol. My 08 GTS barely got 27!

well it depens on if i am shifting of letting the computer do it.

If you dont shift it while in the city its more like 17-18 city but If I shift it its like 20-21 City

the car like to go althe way to 300rpms I choose lower shift points most of the time.

AS for Highway I went 245 miles although the car says I got 25 I think I was getting more 29-31HW Cruse control is a must on long drive cause the car will set it for like a 25AVg

of course this is all on normal mode

lol, I'm not sure I could provide proof other than my credit card receipts for the fill ups between two gas stations almost 300 miles from each other.

I think it depends on how you drive and whether you use cruise control. I drive conservatively and use cruise control. Using the method where I fill up and divide the number of miles driven by the number of gallons I put in, the best I've recorded was 27.5 mpg on about a 270 mile leg of highway driving. That was doing 70-75 in cruise control the whole time.
