no recaro package? thats too bad, and rather sad imo.

I still dont see where mitsu gets off selling this car without. In canada there is no option for a none recaro base seat, its just silly to put a nothing seat in a performance car.

Isn't that why sst trany is worth buying minus the clutch pedal? To get the manual feel?

If you can't have a second set around because you can't store them, just get all-seasons.

I'm in a rental unit as well and I just used some monthly storage space for now, but you can get one of these tire garages and store your extra set outside if you have a way to secure it. Tire.rac.k does not recommended outdoor for your tire storage, but the manufacture allows for it. If you can store a second set get some decent performance tires, you go up to 225/45/18 on the stocks. Or check this thread for fitting after-market wheels/tires

206/60/16 has almost the exact same circumference as the stock tires. I used 92 Talon wheels and they look and work great. I just met up with 03chi-town0Z and he has the same size tires on some newer 16" Diamante wheels. We can both testify that the mph is very close to being, if not dead on accurate.

The RA model or RS as we call them is mostly geared towards motorsports like group N rallying or timeattack or track day use, all rally cars in group N must be kept stock exept for seats, rollcage and belts, extinguishers etc etc, no work can be carried out to engine, suspension etc. thats the reason for no recaros because they are useless for rallying and motorsport in general which is what the RS RA model is geared for, if you want recaros buy the model with them, I had a factory spec evo 4 RS, it had no recaros, no Brembos, no electrics no aircon, no soundproofing etc etc, as said above aimed for converting to rally/race spec where all above parts(brembos, recaros) are useless. over here in ireland the majorityof rally drivers in group N have evo 9's at the moment this year should see a ****load of X RS's enter the arena
