synthetic oil you can change every 6000 miles.

 

Oh well aware but as a mechanic and someone who changes oil as often as i do, im taking no risk. Guess you can say better safe than sorry.

did you did any mods? how many time's u race it, launch it from 2500 rpm??
coz after reading this forum i found out there's problems with RA clutch =(
Im planning to go for the 2011 if it comes before late May but 2010 if bad comes bad. i'll buy the one with prem pak + rearcam just to be fancy =)

As a (good) mechanic I know that Mobil1 doesn't break down as fast as conventional oil, therefore changing oil every couple thousand is a complete waste of money (and a slave to the oil industries propaganda).

just got it yesterday.. did some LED mod on it putting HID for fog tonight

 

I have 31,000 earned miles and it has not even been a year, I drive on average 200+ miles daily due to my job. This is probably not the right car if I want good gas mileage but it sure is fun. Oil change every 3,000-5,000 miles depending on time, but always use synthetic. Changed air filter as well as cabin air filter. No problems at all with the tcsst. Car has been solid so far, except for slight erratic idle at times but car has never died.
