Where is the RA built?
Are Ralliarts built anywhere else but Japan? I understand there's also a Mitsu plant in the US, but are they making Lancers there at all?
I'm just wondering about the differences in the models depending on the country they are sold to...for example, thus far I haven't seen an euro-spec RA with the new colour LCD screen in the dash.

Eclipse, Galant, and Endeavor are built in the Normal, IL plant. They are all built on the same platform, the only one for which the plant is tooled for. All other Mitsubishis are built in Japan.
According to Mitsu's VIN codes, RAs are built in 
's Mizushima plant.
I'm pretty sure that Lancer's are built, in Japan, according to the market they're going to...EDM/JDM/USDM/etc.

+1. vin#'s starting with a J are built in Japan, vin#'s starting with a 4 are built in Normal, IL, USA
