thats a good ballast warranty but bulbs is a different matter once your bulb is dead, unless you get two bulbs to it kinda makes it pointless, there is nothing worse then having to bulbs that are different colors or shades of blue, or off white if you know what i mean.

i would stick with kits that have a good track record for bulb life. or if your going to cheap out, ask if you can order extra bulbs with it. then you can replace in pairs.

 

I believe when they mention about bypass .. they meant the DRL bypass (which ur fog lights dont have)
