Quick question to everyone out there. Is it possible to get the Recaro Sport Package on the Ralliart without the Recaro Seats. Now before everyone get hostile I like the Recaros but I don't want to give up the Up/Dpwn feature of the regular seats cuz I'm kinda short. LOL Thoughts or responses well appreciated.

 

Would it not be possible to simply put spacers (stack a bunch of washers) under the seat mounts with longer bolts?

You could get some steal tube cut to length then get longer bolts. I agree not the safest thing to do but some members on here have done it. And as far as I know it's the only way to adjust those seats for the time being.

talk to your dealership, surely they will take those seats out for u and put gts seats. idk about your dealership but if i make a list of things i want they will get it done, they have connections through other companies such as upholstery shops and things like that. so tell ur salesman that u want the package without the seats and maybe u can get a discount on the package 2

 

Your best bet is to get the Recaro sport pack, and then trade a member on here the recaros for their stock seats + cash. Lots of members on here without the sport pack would love to have the Recaros. Or u could just sit on a phone book

 

i have a friend who is 4 ft 8 and uses evo 9 recaro seats.

you can mod the rail with washers to raise or lower it as needed.

I have the recaro seats and I am short 5,2. I have a little black ralliart pillow but I could do without, its not that bad Give it a try!!

 

just trade the seats with someone else

I ran into the same problem when I bought my RA. I really wanted the package with the Recaros but me and my GF are short and need the up/down adjustability of the standard seats. Unfortunately spacing the Recaros wouldn't have worked for me because me and my GF (she drives the car mostly) like the seat at different heights.

I was unable to come up with a solution and the dealer pretty much laughed at me when I proposed a trade for the standard seats.

In the end I'm still 100% satisfied with the car!

weird tho, why are they not in leather... Can I get that changed ???
