Not yet

I haven't yet but I do plan to in the future and know someone who has. I want to get a couple more miles on my RA and see how my SST holds out before I do.

When I e-mailed him before he said he has tuned some RAs before, so its not like you would be the first.

Just an FYI: If you do get a tune by Ivey, your ECU will be locked. This isn't a problem for me since I think I would do more damage than anything if I were to mess with a tune but I know that can put some people off.

I haven't gotten my RA tuned by him, but have gotten him to tune my EVO 8. Would definitely go to him again. 400whp/400ftlb reliable hp on the evo 8 was fun and worry free.
You can look at the locking of the ECU in two P.O.V.
1. No one can steal the tune and modify if and say its theirs.
2. 1 less issue to diagnose if something goes wrong. A mechanical issue.

Nonsense, nobody can lock the stock ecu as far as I know.

Sorry, I must have had a misunderstanding in that the tune itself is locked, not the ECU. This is just from what I have read about how Ecutek's licensing works.

On the Subarus yes not on the evoX and Ralliart, they could lock it if they wanted to but they opted not to.
