2010 vs 2009 RA

Are they essentially the same? Im looking for a drop-in filter and the HKS site only lists up to 2009.

Xactly the same. Only things that changed are minor interior upgrades.

rolling backwards in an automatic scares you? oh god lol.

The hill assist is a nice addition in a car like a 09sti that is manual.

I tell you what. The whole rolling thing sure does spice up parallel parking on my street, which is one big hill. I feel like Michael Schumacher every time I get the car within a solid 8 inches of the curb.

It only scares people, I presume, insomuch as Mitsubishi set out to create a car with an ultra-fast-shifting gearbox and ended up making something that is hampered by electrical problems, which is not a good indication of things to come in this car. My last Mitsubishi had horrible electrical problems. Brings back bad memories...

Yes, there are. However, I go to school in NC. Believe me when I tell you, there are some serious hills up here.

I've not seen any mention of the colourful info display in the UK, which is a shame as it looks really nice.

I have the HKS filter and I'm very impressed with it, considering it is only a replacement panel filter you get much more induction noise than you would normally expect.
