I think the manual says new air filter, in cabin filter, oil, oil filter, and various checks. That's it. 30's the big one.

you have to change the center diff fluid

Sounds right, I think the various checks include diff and trans fluids. I'm nearing the 30k mark...and I'm quite afraid, lol.
