I have tried to contact them for 2 weeks now. Left messages and even faxed them a letter with no response. No the automated message center said yesterday and today the are closed. I ordered a part that was charged to my cc but can't get a hold of anyone to confirm my order. They have the money but no the time to talk to someone? Has anyone else ever had this problem? I'm wondering if I just got scammed!!

The buschur dsm/evo shoot out is this weekend, so they could be there and out of the office. I am pretty sure GST is still doing well, if you don't hear back from them by Monday or Tuesday then id try and call again.

I can understand if they have a big event and need to close early to attend but I doubt they closed 2 weeks early.

Have you sent Bryan a PM? There is a bug with their website where it will take an order but not process it. I ran into it ordering my boost pill. I tried calling but didnt get an answer so I PMd Bryan and he got me in touch with Mike who put my order through.

i've sent him some in the past as well with no response.

I think GST is a smaller shop and with all the testing and normal life stuff that Brian does, it makes it hard to be everywhere at once.

I would dispute the charge with your credit card company. They will have no issue refunding your money and not paying GST. GST's customer service sucks. Unless you live in driving distance of their shop, I would suggest shopping elsewhere. Now that I have my boost pill, I doubt I will purchase anything else from them.

BTW the envelope my boost pill came in had no return address on it, so if the USPS had any issues no one would ever find out.

I think thats why some of these guys are so frustrated^! If they are sending PMs and not getting responses but he is making posts, it prob makes them feel like he is ignoring them or something.

I've been in contact with Brian via PM recently. I don't have any issues with Brian's response time to PMs at all. From my understanding, GST is a smaller shop and only have a handful of people working there at any given time. So I'm sure they're all extremely busy. Being the week of the DSM/EVO shootout, I'm sure everyone was rather slammed with work to do. Also, Brian has mentioned recently that they were having issues with their online ordering, and the best thing to do right now is to call in by phone to place/verify any orders placed.

Unfortunately, the best bet would be to just leave a message on their machines and/or send an email and wait for their response. With all of the support Brian has given to the RA community, I personally, have no issues and understand that the shop can get busy and will remain patient with their services.
