Yeah. They are quite small (about 5-6 people). Everytime I drive by their place, there are at least 12 cars there. I am going to have them do my swap and I have to wait about 3 weeks for them to have some free time so I'm pretty sure they are busy. I've been communicating with mike via email and he usually responds 2-4 days later. I think the response is a bit slow but I know they are busy helping our community so I let it slide.

If you check the GST basemap thread, you'll see that Bryan is pretty responsive. As someone else said, he is very busy but tries to help everyone promptly.

Not trying to speak for evo otto, but I think the issue is, he bought something from them, has called many times left voicemails, emailed many times, Pmd, and I think he even faxed them and no luck. I understand where he is coming from, I mean if its that hard to talk about your purchase, it could be a lot more difficult if something went wrong and some cust service was needed asap. Either way, I am sure Brian has a reason, but I dont care how busy you are, its not difficult to just email someone back, pm, call and tell them you are unbelievably busy and cannot really talk for another week or so. There are people who are much busier and can do so, I think thats the frustration here. Nobody is saying he is a bad guy and that he doesnt do a ton of things for the RA community, just the simple fact that he is not returning attempted contact and thats frustrating as hell, especially after two weeks of trying. Lets all just take it for what its worth, another member venting/informing others of an issue he is having with a vendor on this site, followed by a couple guys that have concurred, thats it. Honestly, customer service, to me, is just as important as the quality of the product and if the two dont match, its a no go.

Hey guys,

I unfortunatly do not have any control over the parts sales, etc however I can forward the msgs to people that do.

I apologize If I take a bit to respond to PM's.

If you have not seen a response from me by tomorrow, please resend the PM and I will reply.

EvoOtto, I have not seen a PM from you, however there is a chance it could have been deleted by mistake. I do understand your frustration. Please send me a PM and I will try to get it handled as well as I possibly can.

- Bryan

Well thats good to know they are still around. I know people can get busy. It can just be a worry if something does go wrong and you can't get a hold of anyone. I hate that feeling. I will give them the thumbs up for having someone on the forums that will answer our questions and have a go to guy.

in my books, gst is a saint. He hasnt done a handout to the Evo X forum, and certainly didnt need to for us.

I bet 100+ RA's run his tunes.

Thats 400$ x 100 hes missing out on.

Thank you Brian for the PM. I appreciate all the work you have done for the community and look forward to receiving my order. Please understand this was in no way a knock on you personally. I was concerned and frustrated. Thanks again and I hope to do more business with your company in the near future.

P.S. get that online order form fixed!!

I don't think GST is missing out on that much money considering most people on this board don't live anywhere near Hayward, CA.

That is not to say Bryan hasn't donated a good portion of his time creating and testing the maps, and to give them out for free is commendable.

he could sell the tune, like ttp and ams do, for 300-400$ given he has proven numbers on the tunes.

So even if only 20 of those people bought the tune, thats still $8000.
