Has this happened to anyone before? I received the 2 emails. One confirming my account and one saying thank you for your purchase. Never received the serial # on either.

 

good luck with that. I'm still waiting to get the new version of evoscan. I've had it since the beginning and never had good luck with them.

 

Strange. I have lost my serial a few times. I submitted a support ticket, and have always received a reply within a couple of days.

 

I bought evoscan last week, got all serial number and everything alright. I even got the update email this morning. The email with the serial# is from limitless designs, not "evoscan". Maybe it went to you spam folder?

 

I bought it awhile ago, got my serial right away. Just got an email this morning with my serial for the new version.

 

I am such a bonehead. Embarrassed. It was in my spam folder.

 

So do you just get the EVO scan, pick what you want to monitor and then drive around?

 

Need a tactrix cable as well, but yea pretty much.
